Prohibited: unlicensed audio editing and fabricated performances
Repainting, replacing or extending an audio segment still requires the necessary rights in the source recording and work. Do not alter unlicensed celebrity or third-party recordings, splice or replace vocals to fabricate someone’s singing or speech, or create misleading attribution, participation or endorsement.
Use content you are allowed to process
Edit segments only in audio you own or have permission to use. The permission must cover editing, generation and subsequent distribution. Keeping most of the original audio does not remove obligations relating to the work, recording and performance.
Consent matters
Permission must cover your specific use. Possessing a copy or being able to stream a work does not grant adaptation, generation or distribution rights. Respect personal consent for identifiable voices and identities, and do not use them deceptively.
Reports and removal
Rights holders or their authorized representatives may submit a report to the support email below, with the necessary ownership, authorization, or infringement information. We review valid rights claims: support@yamivio.com.
Detection, reports, and enforcement
If detection, review or a complaint indicates possible infringement, we may pause the task, restrict access or temporarily remove content and request proof of rights and permission. Confirmed violations may lead to content removal, service restrictions or account suspension; serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent termination. We retain necessary records and respond to lawful requests as required. Contact support to provide evidence or appeal. Credits and refunds are handled under our terms, refund policy and applicable law.
